In Friday's league contest, the host Orange County Fighting Hornets lacrosse squad scored a tight 15-13 win over the Fluvanna County Flucos.
The Fighting Hornets (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-11 record. In their last contest, Goochland was edged by Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA), 13-3, in a non-league contest.
