California High School Baseball - Carlmont edges Sacred Heart Prep

May 9, 2025: Atherton, CA 94027

The Carlmont Scots baseball team scored 4 runs and held the host Sacred Heart Prep Gators to 2 in the Scots league win on Friday.

The Scots now own a 12-13 record. They take the field next when they host Archbishop Riordan for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. Carlmont will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 13-0 league loss to Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-16.

With the defeat, Sacred Heart Prep drops to 9-16 on the year. The Gators travel to King's Academy (Sunnyvale, CA) to clash with the Knights in a Peninsula - Bay test on Wednesday, May 14. The Knights go into the test with a record of 11-11. King's Academy lost 20-7 in their recent non-league test against Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA)
