In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Indianapolis Scecina Memorial Crusaders softball team scored a nice 15-2 win over the Liberty Christian Lions.

The Crusaders (6-8) will now prepare for their match against Heritage Christian (Indianapolis, IN). The Eagles come into the Indiana Crossroads match with a 8-9 record. In their last match, Heritage Christian notched a victory over Park Tudor (Indianapolis, IN), 29-1, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 11. Liberty Christian will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Bearcats come into the match with a 3-12 record after their 16-3 league loss to Lafayette Jefferson (Lafayette, IN).
