Iowa High School Softball - Carlisle bounces Martensdale-St. Mary's
June 14, 2025: Carlisle, IA 50047 The Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA) softball routed the visiting Martensdale-St. Mary's Blue Devils (Martensdale, IA), 10-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Wildcats now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winterset for a Raccoon River outing on Monday, June 16. Carlisle will encounter a Huskies team coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Knoxville (Knoxville, IA). The Huskies record now stands at 12-7.
With the loss, Martensdale-St. Mary's moves to 5-5 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA) to encounter the Warhawks in a Pride of Iowa outing on Monday, June 16. The Warhawks come into the outing with a record of 8-3. Southeast Warren won 15-3 in their recent league outing against Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA)
