The Winterset Huskies softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Martensdale-St. Mary's Blue Devils to 3 in the Huskies non-league win on Saturday.

The Huskies now sport a 19-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Polk for a Raccoon River battle on Monday, June 30. Winterset will confront a Comets team coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Urbandale (Urbandale, IA). The Comets record now stands at 24-4.
