Iowa High School Baseball - Ottumwa holds off Fort Madison
July 5, 2023: Ottumwa, IA 52501 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Ottumwa Bulldogs (Ottumwa, IA) and the visiting Fort Madison Bloodhounds (Fort Madison, IA), saw Ottumwa's baseball team achieve victory over Fort Madison by a tally of 6-2.
The Bulldogs (28-11) will now prepare for their match against Waukee (Waukee, IA). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 18-20 record. In their last match, Waukee edged Ottumwa (Ottumwa, IA), 6-3, in a non-league match.
The Bloodhounds (12-19) will now prepare for their match against Benton (Van Horne, IA). The Bobcats go into the non-league match with a 25-10 record. In their last match, Benton was overwhelmed by Assumption (Davenport, IA), 6-0, in a non-league match.
