North Carolina High School Volleyball - University Christian over East Burke

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host University Christian Barracudas volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the East Burke Cavaliers.

With the win, University Christian advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Barracudas host Patton (Morganton, NC) to face the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, August 15. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 1-1. Patton lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC)

The Cavaliers now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Freedom for a non-league test on Thursday, August 14. East Burke will face a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hibriten (Lenoir, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 0-2.
