In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Flour Bluff Hornets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Tuloso-Midway Warriors/Cherokees.

The Hornets (7-0) will now prepare for their battle against Calhoun (Port Lavaca, TX). The Sandcrabs come into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Calhoun achieved victory over Bishop (Bishop, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
