The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX) and the host Coppell Cowboys (Coppell, TX), saw Reedy's volleyball squad nip Coppell by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Reedy upgrades its record to 5-4 on the year. The Lions travel to Highland Park (Dallas, TX) to play the Scots in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 18. The Scots go into the bout with a record of 5-1. Highland Park won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX)
