The Boyd-Buchanan Buccaneers football squad scored 47 points and limited the visiting Pallotti Panthers to 27 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Chattanooga Prep for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 29. Boyd-Buchanan will face a Sentinels team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Meigs County (Decatur, TN). The Sentinels record now stands at 0-1.

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Georgetown Prep (North Bethesda, MD). The Little Hoyas go into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
