California High School Football - Kennedy beat Pacifica

August 22, 2025: La Palma, CA 90623

The Kennedy Fighting Irish football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Pacifica Mariners to 13 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Friday.

The Fighting Irish now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodbridge for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. Kennedy will face a Warriors team coming off a 35-0 non-league loss to Calvary Chapel (Santa Ana, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.

The Mariners (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Garden Grove (Garden Grove, CA). The Argonauts enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Garden Grove lost by Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA), 42-36, in a non-league challenge.
