Ohio High School Soccer - GlenOak knocks off Harding

August 24, 2019: Canton, OH 44709

GlenOak Golden Eagles (Canton, OH) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Harding Raiders (Warren, OH), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Golden Eagles face the Perry Panthers (Massillon, OH) in a Federal challenge, on Wednesday, August 28. GlenOak will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH).

The Raiders now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Austintown-Fitch for a All-American - Red challenge on Wednesday, September 4. Harding will face a Falcons team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Roosevelt (Kent, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 3-0.
