August 25, 2022: Kannapolis, NC 28083 Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 34-26 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Sun Valley improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Spartans host Cox Mill (Concord, NC) to battle the Chargers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 1. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Cox Mill won 12-0 in their recent non-league test against Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
With the loss, A.L. Brown drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wonders travel to Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC) to battle the Ravens in a non-league test on Thursday, September 1. The Ravens come into the test with a record of 0-2. Rocky River lost 22-6 in their recent non-league test against Olympic (Charlotte, NC)
