Corry Beavers (Corry, PA) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Beavers confront the Erie Royals (Erie, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 29. Corry will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Royals enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Fairview (Fairview, PA).

The Braves now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maplewood for a District 10 Region 3 challenge on Thursday, August 31.
