August 28, 2024: Glasgow, KY 42141 The Glasgow Scotties soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Logan County Cougars to 0 in the Scotties non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Scotties now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Allen County-Scottsville for a District 15 bout on Saturday, August 31. Glasgow will play a Patriots squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Russell County (Russell Springs, KY). The Patriots record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Logan County moves to 2-4 on the year. The Cougars travel to Butler County (Morgantown, KY) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 29. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Butler County lost 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Foundation Christian Academy (Bowling Green, KY)
