The West Anchorage Eagles flag football squad scored 20 points and limited the visiting Bartlett Golden Bears to 12 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Eagle River for a Cook Inlet challenge on Tuesday, September 2. West Anchorage will face a Wolves team coming off a 19-0 league loss to Chugiak (Chugiak, AK). The Wolves record now stands at 1-5.

The Golden Bears (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Dimond (Anchorage, AK). The Lynx go into the Cook Inlet challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Dimond lost by South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK), 8-0, in a league challenge.
