Forest Hills Central Rangers (Grand Rapids, MI) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Reeths-Puffer Rockets (Muskegon, MI), 21-10 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Forest Hills Central advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rangers travel to Portage Central (Portage, MI) to play the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Friday, September 6. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Portage Central lost 31-7 in their recent non-league battle against East Lansing (East Lansing, MI)

The Rockets now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Caledonia for a non-league battle on Friday, September 6.
