California High School Volleyball - Grant overwhelmed by Cleveland
August 29, 2024: Van Nuys, CA 91401 Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cleveland advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Calabasas (Calabasas, CA) to face the Coyotes in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Coyotes go into the test with a record of 0-3. Calabasas lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Louisville (Woodland Hills, CA)
The Lancers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taft for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. Grant will face a Toreadors squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Burroughs (Burbank, CA). The Toreadors record now stands at 3-3.
