The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Foundation Christian Academy Panthers (Valrico, FL) and the visiting Donahue Catholic Shamrocks (Ave Maria, FL), witnessed Foundation Christian Academy's football squad edge Donahue Catholic by a tally of 26-20.

The Panthers (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bell Creek Academy (Riverview, FL). The Panthers enter the Sunshine State - Freelance contest with a 1-1 record.

The Shamrocks now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Lake Mary Prep for a non-league bout on Friday, September 5. Donahue Catholic will encounter a Griffins team coming off a 52-0 league loss to Real Life Christian Academy (Clermont, FL). The Griffins record now stands at 1-1.
