Alabama High School Football - Piedmont trounces Saks

August 29, 2025: Piedmont, AL 36272

In Friday's league challenge, the host Piedmont Bulldogs football team scored a big 43-0 win over the Saks Wildcats.

In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Ohatchee Indians (Ohatchee, AL) in a 3A Region 6 challenge, on Friday, September 12. Piedmont will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Indians go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 28-21 league loss to Locust Fork (Locust Fork, AL).

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Westbrook Christian (Rainbow City, AL). The Warriors go into the 3A Region 6 challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Westbrook Christian bounced Glencoe (Glencoe, AL), 44-7, in a league challenge.
