Hinton Blackhawks (Hinton, IA) boosters were happy Friday as they witnessed their football squad topple the visiting Gehlen Catholic Jays (Le Mars, IA), 21-0 in a non-league contest.

The Blackhawks (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Western Christian (Hull, IA). The Wolfpack enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Western Christian thwarted Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley (Rock Valley, IA), 21-14, in a non-league contest.
