In Saturday's non-league game, the Torrance Tartars (Torrance, CA) flag football team edged the visiting Narbonne Gauchos (Harbor City, CA), by a tally of 18-13.

In their next game, the Tartars battle the North Saxons (Torrance, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 2. Torrance will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Saxons enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 54-14 non-league win over Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA).

The Gauchos (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Fremont (Los Angeles, CA). The Pathfinders enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Fremont was nipped by Carson (Carson, CA), 32-0, in a non-league outing.
