The Cheltenham Panthers football team (Wyncote, PA), was tipped 22-20 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Chester Clippers (Chester, PA)

The Clippers (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA). The Phantoms come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Phoenixville nipped Bishop Shanahan (Downingtown, PA), 42-7, in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Abraham Lincoln for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8. Cheltenham will meet a Railsplitters team coming off a 28-14 non-league loss to Roman Catholic (Philadelphia, PA). The Railsplitters record now stands at 0-2.
