The Poly Parrots football team (Sun Valley, CA), was beaten 20-7 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA)

The Tigers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA). The Dons come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Verdugo Hills achieved victory over Jordan (Los Angeles, CA), 26-7, in a non-league challenge.

The Parrots now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Canoga Park for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8. Poly will meet a Hunters team coming off a 55-0 non-league loss to Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA). The Hunters record now stands at 0-3.
