Nevada High School Volleyball - Bishop Manogue tips Acalanes

August 31, 2024: Reno, NV 89511

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Bishop Manogue Miners volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Acalanes Dons.

The Miners (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers come into the 5A Northern challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, McQueen was nudged by Galena (Reno, NV), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Dons play the Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. Acalanes will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Redwood (Larkspur, CA).
