Alaska High School Football - Seward nips Nikiski

September 10, 2021: Nikiski, AK 99635

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Seward Seahawks football squad scored a close 28-26 victory over the Nikiski Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Seahawks clash with the Valdez Buccaneers (Valdez, AK) in a Denali match, on Friday, September 17. Seward will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Buccaneers enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 66-24 league win over Ben Eielson (Eielson AFB, AK).

The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Redington (Wasilla, AK). The Huskies enter the non-league match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Redington held off Kenai Central (Kenai, AK), 68-12, in a non-league match.
