September 10, 2024: Danbury, TX 77534 Danbury Panthers (Danbury, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Louise Hornets (Louise, TX), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Danbury improves its record to 10-13 on the season. The Panthers host Wharton (Wharton, TX) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, September 13. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 2-15. Wharton lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Brazosport (Freeport, TX)
The Hornets now own a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Yorktown for a non-league test on Friday, September 13. Louise will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Runge (Runge, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-9.
