Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings confront the Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 13. Northwest Guilford will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC).

The Pioneers now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ardrey Kell for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 19.
