Minnesota High School Soccer - Marshall knocks off Proctor
September 12, 2023: Duluth, MN 55811 Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Proctor Rails (Proctor, MN), 5-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Hilltoppers confront the Grand Rapids Thunderhawks (Grand Rapids, MN) in a Class A Section 7 challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Marshall will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Thunderhawks enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 0-0 non-league Esko (Esko, MN).
The Rails now possess a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marshall for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 12. Proctor will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Waseca (Waseca, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.
