September 12, 2025: Covington, GA 30014 Peachtree Academy Panthers (Covington, GA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Hearts Academy Panthers (Powder Springs, GA), 28-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Peachtree Academy advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Panthers host Covington Academy (Covington, GA) to confront the Bulldogs in a GAPPS A Region 2 (9 Man) match on Friday, September 26. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 1-4. Covington Academy lost 46-8 in their recent non-league match against Trinity Christian School of Griffin (Griffin, GA)
Coming up next, the Panthers confront the Lafayette Christian Cougars (LaGrange, GA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 19. Hearts Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
