The Plano West Wolves (Plano, TX) football knocked off the visiting McKinney Boyd Broncos (McKinney, TX), 34-18 in Friday's league outing.

The Wolves now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plano East for a 6A Region I District 6 outing on Friday, September 19. Plano West will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 57-55 league loss to Princeton (Princeton, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 0-3.

With the defeat, McKinney Boyd drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Broncos host Prosper (Prosper, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 6A Region I District 6 contest on Friday, September 19. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 2-0. Prosper won 45-27 in their recent non-league contest against Rockwall-Heath (Rockwall, TX)
