California High School Football - Folsom topped by De La Salle

The Folsom Bulldogs football team (Folsom, CA), was beaten 42-27 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting De La Salle Spartans (Concord, CA)

The Spartans (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Buchanan (Clovis, CA). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Buchanan achieved victory over Liberty (Bakersfield, CA), 19-17, in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oak Ridge for a Sierra Foothill League challenge on Friday, September 20. Folsom will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Trojans record now stands at 3-0.
