Wisconsin High School Soccer - Evanston knocks off Homestead
September 13, 2025: Mequon, WI 53092 Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Evanston moves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Wildkits travel to Maine East (Park Ridge, IL) to clash with the Blue Demons in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Blue Demons come into the test with a record of 2-5. Maine East 1-1 in their recent league test against Highland Park (Highland Park, IL)
The Highlanders now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grafton for a North Shore outing on Tuesday, September 16. Homestead will confront a Black Hawks squad coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Port Washington (Port Washington, WI). The Black Hawks record now stands at 0-5.
