The Tylertown Chiefs football squad scored 21 points and restricted the host South Pike Eagles to 14 in the Chiefs non-league victory on Friday.
The Chiefs now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 22. Tylertown will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 34-28 non-league loss to Lawrence County (Monticello, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.
