Iowa High School Football - Carroll routs Storm Lake
September 16, 2022: Carroll, IA 51401 The Carroll Tigers football squad scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Storm Lake Tornadoes to 14 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley for a 3A District 1 battle on Friday, September 23. Carroll will face a NIGHTHAWKS squad coming off a 19-7 non-league win over Algona (Algona, IA). The NIGHTHAWKS record now stands at 2-2.
Coming up next, the Tornadoes face the Le Mars Bulldogs (Le Mars, IA) in a 4A District 1 battle, on Friday, September 23. Storm Lake will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 24-22 non-league win over MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA).
