Custer County Bobcats (Westcliffe, CO) fans left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their football team nudge the host Justice Phoenix (Lafayette, CO), 38-32 in a non-league test.

With the win, Custer County improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bobcats host Dolores Huerta Prep (Pueblo, CO) to confront the Scorpions in a A-8 Southern (8 Man) test on Friday, September 24. The Scorpions go into the test with a record of 1-2. Dolores Huerta Prep lost 34-12 in their recent league test against Swink (Swink, CO)

With the loss, Justice moves to 1-2 on the season. The Phoenix host Lyons (Lyons, CO) to confront the Lions in a A-8 Central (8 Man) test on Saturday, October 2. The Lions go into the test with a record of 2-1.
