The Stillman Valley Cardinals edged the visiting Polo Marcos volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Cardinals confront the Rockford Christian Royal Lions (Rockford, IL) in a Big Northern game, on Tuesday, September 24. Stillman Valley will attempt to advance on its 11-8 season record. The Royal Lions go into the game with a 15-3 record after their 2-0 league win over North Boone (Poplar Grove, IL).
