California High School Volleyball - Redwood over El Diamante

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Redwood Rangers (Visalia, CA) and the visiting El Diamante Miners (Visalia, CA), observed Redwood's volleyball team top El Diamante by a count of 3-0.

The Rangers (13-12) will now prepare for their contest against Golden West (Visalia, CA). The Trailblazers enter the East Yosemite battle with a 5-13 record. In their last battle, Golden West was defeated by Monache (Porterville, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Miners now own a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Porterville for a East Yosemite battle on Monday, September 22. El Diamante will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 21-4.
