September 19, 2025: Ellicott City, MD 21042 The Winters Mill Falcons football squad scored 39 points and limited the host Centennial Eagles to 0 in the Falcons non-league win on Friday.
In their next game, the Falcons play the Manchester Valley Mavericks (Manchester, MD) in a Class 2A North challenge, on Friday, September 26. Winters Mill will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Mavericks go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 24-20 league win over Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD).
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Poolesville (Poolesville, MD). The Falcons come into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Poolesville was routed by Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD), 34-7, in a non-league test.
