The Lawrence Central Bears football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Pike Red Devils to 13 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.

The Bears now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Center Grove for a Freelance test on Friday, September 26. Lawrence Central will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 31-20 non-league win over Trotwood-Madison (Trotwood, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 5-0.

With the defeat, Pike drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Warren Central (Indianapolis, IN) to meet the Warriors in a Metropolitan test on Friday, September 26. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-1. Warren Central won 38-23 in their recent league test against Ben Davis (Indianapolis, IN)
