The Moreau Catholic Mariners felled the visiting Balboa Buccaneers football team by a score of 33-18 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mariners play the Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA) in a challenge, on Saturday, September 27. Moreau Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 20-6 non-league loss to Granada (Livermore, CA).
