California High School Soccer - Futures toppled by North Tahoe
September 19, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95838 North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA), 7-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, North Tahoe moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Lakers host Incline (Incline Village, NV) to play the Highlanders in a 3A Northern - West bout on Tuesday, September 23. The Highlanders come into the game with a record of 6-1. Incline won 4-3 in their recent league game against Debbie Smith CTE Academy (Reno, NV)
The Knights (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Sacramento Waldorf (Fair Oaks, CA). The Waves come into the Central Valley CA bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Sacramento Waldorf nudged Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA), 5-3, in a league bout.
