North Pole Patriots (North Pole, AK) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the visiting Redington Huskies (Wasilla, AK), 48-7 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Pole improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Patriots travel to Ben Eielson (Eielson AFB, AK) to confront the Ravens in a non-league test on Friday, September 9. The Ravens go into the test with a record of 0-3.

With the loss, Redington moves to 0-3 on the season. The Huskies host Homer (Homer, AK) to confront the Mariners in a Mid Alaska test on Friday, September 9. The Mariners go into the test with a record of 3-1. Homer won 38-20 in their recent league test against Kenai Central (Kenai, AK)
