The Red Mountain Mountain Lions flag football team (Mesa, AZ), was tipped 15-14 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Mountain View Toros (Mesa, AZ)

With the win, Mountain View advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Toros host Highland (Gilbert, AZ) to encounter the Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 24. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Highland won 19-7 in their recent non-league bout against Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ)

The Mountain Lions now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Marana for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 1.
