Maryland High School Football - Stone defeats McDonough

September 21, 2018: Waldorf, MD 20601

In Friday's league match, the host Stone Cougars football squad scored a good 38-28 victory over the McDonough Rams.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) in a Southern Maryland - Potomac match, on Friday, September 28. Stone will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Cavaliers enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 27-6 league win over Lackey (Indian Head, MD).

The Rams (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Patuxent (Lusby, MD). The Panthers enter the Southern Maryland - Potomac match with a 0-4 record.
