North Carolina High School Volleyball - East Gaston over South Point

September 23, 2024: Mt. Holly, NC 28120

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host East Gaston Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the South Point Red Raiders.

The Warriors (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC). The Gryphons come into the Southern Piedmont 1A/2A challenge with a 3-7 record.

Next, the Red Raiders meet the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a Big South 3A challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. South Point will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC).
