Whitney Young Dolphins (Chicago, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Whitney Young improves its record to 9-3 on the season. The Dolphins travel to New Trier (Winnetka, IL) to meet the Trevians in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 24. The Trevians come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. New Trier lost 2-1 in their recent league challenge against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL)

Next, the Eagles meet the Chicago Washington Patriots (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Super challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Taft will attempt to advance on its 7-10 season record. The Patriots go into the test with a 4-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL).
