In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Lakeland Christian Academy Cougars soccer squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Tippecanoe Valley Vikings.
The Cougars (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against Culver Academies (Culver, IN). The Eagles come into the Northern Indiana Soccer Conference battle with a 8-2 record.
The Vikings (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN). The Senators come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Washington Township nudged Covenant Christian (DeMotte, IN), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
