Arizona High School Flag Football - Cesar Chavez crushed by Queen Creek
September 26, 2024: Queen Creek, AZ 85242 Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the visiting Cesar Chavez Champions (Laveen, AZ), 35-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Queen Creek improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Mountain View (Mesa, AZ) to play the Toros in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 1. The Toros go into the battle with a record of 4-0. Mountain View won 28-0 in their recent non-league battle against Verrado (Buckeye, AZ)
The Champions now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tolleson for a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. Cesar Chavez will play a Wolverines team coming off a 34-12 non-league loss to Basha (Chandler, AZ). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-1.
