September 26, 2025: Parker, SD 57053 In Friday's league battle, the host Parker Pheasants football team scored a nice 30-20 win over the McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars.
With the win, Parker advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Pheasants host Chamberlain (Chamberlain, SD) to play the Cubs in a non-league battle on Friday, October 3. The Cubs go into the battle with a record of 3-3. Chamberlain won 7-6 in their recent league battle against Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD)
The Fighting Cougars now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Bridgewater/Emery/Ethan for a Big East battle on Friday, October 3. McCook Central/Montrose will play a Seahawks team coming off a 38-8 league win over Baltic (Baltic, SD). The Seahawks record now stands at 2-3.
